I've seen better
The unit itself is okay. No issues with pests, appliances, or anything of the sort. The staff can be difficult to get in touch with, especially if you work a 9-5, as they’re closed at 5pm and weekends. They’ve never responded to my emails through their portal. They enter the property so much, they should honestly be paying ME rent. It’s been about once a month on average. All previous apartments I’ve rented were around once or twice a year, max. It’s really annoying.
I was really excited to tour this apartment community, so I scheduled an appointment with Marquis, the leasing agent, for a one-bedroom, one-bath unit on Thursday at 2:30 PM. I arrived at 2:20 PM and found the office closed, but since the sign said they’d be back at 2:30, I waited patiently. Once the office opened, I checked in for my appointment, but Marquis looked completely confused. Leasing office discriminates, if they see a small group of black males that live in apartment or even a black male that just walks around they call it “suspicious” or “Drug related” horrible and a rude maintenance man all in all don’t recommend renting here.
My 5-star review is specifically for Aaron, the senior maintenance tech on premises. He is prompt, reliable, makes sure the job gets done!
