This used to be a nice place to live—clean, quiet, and with a landlord onsite like some kind of guardian of the building. There was always a waiting list to get in. You practically had to win a lottery, pass a secret inspection, and sacrifice a weekend to paperwork just to get approved. Now? It’s like they’re letting anybody with a pulse, a playlist, and a car with questionable parking skills move in. Use to be nice and friendly, repairs were done on a personal level. Now it's very legalistic, almost have to have an attorney to protect yourself from screwing you over.
