Last week I went in for a physical. I was greeted by a new hire that was rude and unsure of the check in process (she’s new so I did not think too much of it). I could hear the from staff discussing if they do physicals. After a long wait, I was taken to the back by a Pima MA student and completed my eye exam. She was friendly. The lady checking us in was rude from the moment we walked in. She argued with me about my insurance and was dismissive. She should not work in customer facing job. The nurse and provider were good, we were in and out quickly.
Save your money and go elsewhere. The doctors lack of medical knowledge here is mind blowing along with the lack of care. You will not get the care/treatment you need at this location.The office manager is very unhelpful as well.
