I wish I could give less than 1 star. This place is horrible! Everytime I take my truck here to get the APU fixed, I have to go back a few days later because they screwed something up. This last time, I was there for 8 hours and then told that they didn't even have the parts to fix it. And you guessed it....here's our bill for $3000 for not even doing anything but waste my time.

The folks that work at Gateway Volvo knows the mean of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They go above and beyond to provide the best care to their customers. They went the extra mile to help with our extended warranty plan. Our warranty plan company is extremely terrible; however, the folks at Gateway Volvo did everything they could do to help us.
