RecommendedI was on the fence about using a travel agent to plan my bucket trip but Mary Jo explained that she is paid by the cruise lines, no additional cost to me. She has been amazing & when my cruise got canceled by Carnival, Mary Jo seamlessly found a new cruise on a better ship and emailed me the details. nothing has ever been so easy! I highly recommend Gateway Travel!
I would not recommend Gateway Travel for a Disney Cruise. I have found other agencies are a wealth of information for first time cruisers while we have had little or no information provided about the Disney Cruise. Very disappointing not to mention I am being told they only offer onboard credits for certain Disney cruises putting the blame on Disney. This is not the case this is strictly a travel agency choice. For a almost $20k vacation I think some information was and is warranted.
First trip with them to Cubs game and had a great time! Highly recommend this group😀
Everyone is very friendly and helpful when it came time for me to pay for the tickets to the cubs game.
I just did my first vacation I booked it through gateway and enjoyed myself so much Mary jo did a awesome job I will be booking with these guys more!

Stacy at Gateway Travel is awesome! She helped us book a trip to Jamaica for our honeymoon! She was so quick to respond and offered many different options of places to go and stay! She knew what budget we were looking at and went above and beyond to book the right trip for us. By far the best travel agency I've ever worked with- Definitely will be using Gateway Travel again and again!!!
