The intake process is difficult. I had an initial intake assessment and that went great. I was told to call in to schedule a clinical assessment, that they do not preschedule them. I called for the next two days and there were no available appointments. I called again today and was put into a queue, I was dropped out of the queue with an automated voice telling me I would receive a call back and verified my phone number. I've been in communication with this place for 2-3 weeks, all appointment get cancelled at the last minute and i spend 2 hours trying to get a new one to be told no. My first "appointment" was literally just an hour of paperwork and I've not seen a therapist yet
I have only bad experiences there. Not a good place! dismal to say the least. They really don't care! Gate way to failer!!! Try something else
Had initial visit. Waited for appointment for daughter for 10 days. Then they call saying their not taking anyone under 18!!!
