RecommendedWith all the recent tornado damage I got a nail in my tire, brand new as well. I seen it on Saturday morning and called around and Gateway in Hermitage said come right over. They took my vehicle in immediately. We waited for it and in no time it was ready. We asked how much do we owe and they said” no charge” I almost cried cause of everything going on in the world today. I will sing there praises too anyone who will listen. Traveling from Nashville to Knoxville TN we had a flat tire on I-40 near the Hermitage TN exit. After visiting 2 other tire stores and calling several more to buy a new tire (unusual size) we finally found ourselves talking with Mike at Gateway Tires. He assured us he could help. They are all very helpful and efficient bunch of guys. I appreciate all they do for me every time I come in for oil changes and tire rotation. Mike is the best and the rest the guys are really nice also. I’ve been going there for years.

My van is 4 years old and it is a wheelchair van so it’s not easy to change a tire . Justin took great care and kindness and got it changed quickly

I came in today at about 2 and was greeted with a friendly hello and convo with Justin. I had a nail in my tire and he said it’d be 15 bucks and it’d be done in the next hour or so. I was outta there by 3 and they were kind enough not to charge me! What a wonderful business with ahhhmazing people! I wholeheartedly recommend Gateway and will definitely be back!!
Took to them twice for my alignment to be done correctly, which they didn’t do. Had to go to the gallatin location which fixed it correctly. Picture included is before gallatin corrected and after they corrected hermitages mess up.
