Unprofessional. Don’t do any business at this place went in for an alignment and was told they couldn’t do it unless I buy a new tire .
The employees just lie and the manager backs them up. "Devin shouldnt have told you that but he'll be back ina bit if you want to take it up with him." Like seriously?! Youre the manager and thats how you deal with your employees lying to me about what has and has not been performed on my car. I heard "it will be less than an hour" hours ago. "Ten more minutes" was told to me 45 minutes ago. Don't come to this location if you have anything else important going on in your life because they do not value your time.
I love the staff the are the best services team l have meet in Memphis so for and the assistant manager that help me was the greatest I felt at home thanks again for the welcoming hospitality
