I am a loyal customer of Gateway because they have earned my business, respect, and loyalty. Here is something I saw that just shows how Gateway goes above and beyond. A storm came up while I was there on a recent visit for service and I saw a young man who works at the front counter go running out in the parking lot and put up the windows for a customer who had left her windows down. I was so impressed and just had to share this very impressive act.

would not let these people work on a bicycle tire! I asked them to look at my front end and check my brakes. they set me up for 1000 hours today and I sat for three hours while it sat on a lift. finally after I complained the manager just shows up and says nothing is wrong. well another mechanic tells me different. this is not how you treat people especially a retired army vet!
Outstanding work I got my tires and brakes change today they got it done super fast and at a great price. Great service

Fast, friendly & professional, all the way! They didn't replace parts that didn't need replacing just to add dollars to the total, very rare nowadays! The child play area was the added bonus for my grandson!
