I came in for an oil change, and they told me it would take between 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. First of all, there were barely any customers here, and second, it should've taken maybe 15 minutes to change the oil. I've been here for over 2 hours, and my truck has just now started to be worked on. If they tell you an hour, add one more hour to the time. This is ridiculous.
My daughter drove back to college on Wednesday and when she got to town her car was over heating. She went to Gateway at 5:10 they close at 5:30. The door was lock and the mechanics were inside. She was persistent and basically told to go away they like to close at 5 even though the door and website says 5:30. I do not know what man would turn away a female who needed help with her car. These guys are the absolute BEST!! They always take such wonderful care of my Emmi! (Honda Element) They understand I'm a college student and they never over charge me or tell me I need repairs that I don't. I'm super rough on my vehicle but they always get her fixed up and I just can't talk highly enough of these guys!!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever had in Starkville since I have been there! They couldn't even tell me what punctured my tire. Probably because the old ass I was dealing with was too lazy to get Up and go see. I will not be using them anymore! And I highly advice you Not to either!
Had to get my Cadillac repaired and the guys at Gateway were awesome. Special shout out to Kevin, Thank you.
Thanks for fixing my daughters car tire. Others would have just had me buy another tire. Great service! I will send her back there for future repairs, service and tires.
