I arrived at the gateway at 6:45 AM it was 730 when I walked in the door I was second it was 925 before I left all I had was a oil change and tire rotation just has to be the absolute worst run gateway I have been to yet after I leave I get my receipt and I noticed that they have me down with a different name I called him back and say hey you guys invoiced my car under the wrong name. I was told you’ll have to come back and we will will have to do up another ticket to get a change in the system no gateway I’m not coming back... read more

Been here 2 hrs. For a slow leak in a tire. I wait for hours every time I come here. I never have this problem at the batesville store! 😡last visit here.
Gateway Tire Senatobia is HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! They had my vehicle ALL DAY AND DIDNT NOTIFY ME THAT THEY COULDNT GET TO IT! I had to call them and plus find a ride to come back up there to get my vehicle!! I don’t recommend a DOG NOR CAT to go to that place!!! 💯💯💯

Had a knot on a tire..and had to be at work at 9 am. These guys had me rolling in plenty of time, AND saved me 40$ compared to the last new tire I bought. I'm hooked. Customer for life.
