Quick service and extremely friendly. It was pouring out and Davis ran out to the car to roll my flat tire inside. I asked if it could be patched. By the time I got my 2 boys out of the car and walked inside my patch was fixed! Thank God because I thought I’d have to buy 2 tires. They pulled my car around to put the tire back on. Such a quick and friendly staff. Definitely know where I’m coming when it’s time to buy tires!

I do not recommend using this facility for flat repairs. I purchased a new set of tires from them for my wife’s truck. She had 2 tires with slow leaks. After giving them 3 chances to fix the issue I took my business to another tire store that replaced one valve stem and one valve core to fix the leaks. I gave Gateway another shot last week on a flat repair. I paid them for a patch. The next day the tire was flat again. I will not waste anymore of my time or money with this Gateway.
Friendly, courteous folks that seem to genuinely care about getting your or your loved one's car fixed. The Eyler/French family will definitely be back especially when we need new tires.
This was a really great first experience for me! They had my oil changed within 20-30 minutes and even aired up my tires for me without asking! Customer service was great too! Definitely will be going back!!
