Gateway Tire and Service Center offers free tire rotation for the life of your tires. Sounds like a deal, until you realize it's a 2hr wait to get it done. Took 30mins to mount and balance them when purchased. I'm guessing the operative word is "purchase".
They have been servicing our family vehicles for years. I appreciate Gateway on 70th street, they are always their when I need them most. I trust them with my vehicle the staff is very professional and courteous. Thank you Gateway Tires & Terry Moore.

AMAZING service!!! We were driving back from Atlanta to Dallas. Tire warning light came on in Shreveport. Called Orr Kia- they were worthless. Too worried about it being 5:00 on a Monday. We pulled up at 5:30 and not only did they rush to get my car back, they repaired it and would not take my money!!! So nice and courteous as well.
