Wonderful service!! My daughter is going to college in Memphis, about 6 hours away from home. She got a flat tire and was told to go to Gateway to get it fixed. She took her car and they told her it would be about 20-30 minutes before they could fix it. When she returned, they told her no charge!! She was very thankful and told them she would recommend them to others and that was what they wanted. Excellent Service I had to find a tire for my pop-up camper. I called all over town and this place was the only place I could find who had the size I needed. The shop is very clean. The waiting area is bright and neat with plenty of magazines to read. The service writers were very friendly and helpful and seemed to really know their tires. The technicians were friendly and worked very quickly. I highly recommend them.
Excellent Tire Shop with Great Customer Service I began using Gateway Tire about 10 years ago when I got my first car. I bought 4 tires there and was truly impressed with them. They did not try to sucker me into buying more expensive tires or extra options because I was a women. Wonderful Oil Changes! What a wonderful place to spend 30 minutes of your life every 3 months or 3000 miles! Gateway tire is the best oil change/tire place in Memphis! Once, my friend had a flat tire, and she didn't have cash. One of the guys told her to bring him some cookies and he'd pay to fix the flat himself!!!! Needless to say, we take all of our buisness there now. Great guys, Great service. Keep up the good work!
