Good service We have taken both of your vehicles to Gateway for years. Their service is very good. The people treat you well. Being a women I appreciate when men treat you well when it comes to mechanical issues. They do just that at Gateway. They also stand behind their work which is important to me.
tires excellent!!! these guys are great. Not only do they do excellent service, but are willing to go the extra mile to accomodate their customers. prices are resonable and fair. like they advertise, they'll fix the problem, no matter where it started. great business!!!!
Donuts for Gateway I went to two separate reputable auto centers here in Cordova and both advised me that they were not able to remove a nail from the sidewall of my tire. Then I went to Gateway and the manager said he couldn't confirm what the other two said until he looked at the tire first. After about thirty minutes they brought my car back out ready to go--at no charge. The next week I dropped off a dozen donuts for the crew as a thank you. Oooops!! Best Auto Shop in the Memphis Area Best auto repair in the entire Memphis area. Remarkable service, fair pricing, honest and upfront, timely, kind staff. Everything you could ever want (but never can usually find with mechanics). I have tried many other shops in the area but no one can come close to comparing.
Always a Smile at Gateway The only place I buy tires. I've got a 1997 Nissan Sentra. Tiny tires, 13"! Gateway balances and rotates and repairs tires purchaed there for free AND they never seem to mind. They have never seemed too busy or too tired to smile and explain what they're doing. They inflated my tires with Nitrogen and boy has it extended the life of my tires! Thanks Gateway!

Very Pleasant Experience I got a flat tire the day before a car trip. Gateway was able to fix my tire in the short amount of time I had open, and they were very pleasant and professional. When I asked them how much I owed, they told me there would be no charge! There is a nice waiting room with magazines and a tv, and there is also a kids' play area with a play table and a small tv/vhs player with a few vhs tapes available. Service at Gateway Tire on 3197 Poplar in Memphis, TN I have a 2007 Camry and went to Gateway on 3197 Poplar, rather than the Toyota dealer, to get tires rotated and alignment. I'm glad I did. Super people and super service. Only took one hour and my steering wheel is centered and no pulling to the left or right. I highly recommend this Gateway location. Others may be good but this one is for sure.
