This was my first visit to Gateway Tire, and I'm a fan already! The Manager Joel was exceptional. Very personable, honest, and attentive. I was impressed with the timeliness of the service, and comfortable waiting area. Will definitely come here for any tires, oil changes and brakes work in the future.

Stopped by with a car with a.c. problems, told it would be a 39.00 service. Went to pick-up car and was told it needed more work than the 39.00 service. They did not charge me for the work they did since it would not fix problem. I am gratefull for the work they did and an analysis to repair said problem.

I RARELY write reviews, but this place deserves a high-five. We picked up a nail on our cross country trip, Firestone up the street had a 2 HOUR wait so we headed down the road hoping to find a place that could get us in more quickly so we could get back on the road. Gateway at this location was TERRIFIC! They fixed it immediately, and gave my stunned husband a handshake instead of a bill. If i could give them zero stars, I would. The service is horrible...and they LIE!!!! I brought my car in bc my check engine light was flashing(meaning its in fail safe mode) from previous experience I had an idea it was my ignition coil. Well they said my catalytic converter was "burned up" and my ignition coil was bad so they suggested I leave it.
