I will say I've had good experiences with Gateway in general but DO NOT go to this location. The staff including the manager are rude, unprofessional and couldn't give two rips about helping you. If you want a face full of attitude and bad customer service then go here!

Arrived 5 minute to closure, they were already shutting lights off, was looking for a one piece shower, with left side drain, staff seemed irritated and even though did not have in stock visibility irritated and looking at clock not willing to look at special order, as soon as I went to car they all left and locked up at 5:02pm. I’ll buy somewhere else

Ordered a tub spout here. The previous customer who was window shopping because they didn't even have their measurements or color yet could not be interrupted to even ask what I was there for, even though I'd been here more than twice previously as we worked to find the right color and length spout. Finally my turn, I gave Anthony the exact name and color of the spout to order from Delta. My transaction was interrupted twice for someone else.
