Well, the facilities are nice. But I’ve had some difficulties with this business. Toda, I called them to let them know I’ll be paying my bill in a couple days Because I was 21 days behind-( completely my fault I understand) . I asked them to unlock the unit for me as they change the code and put a lock on your storage unit when you’re more than 15 days late I had a medication inside that is very important to me and my health. I realize not the greatest place. Keep my medication but lesson learned. They said it was a hard no.... read more

Good luck determining which gate works. The keypad system is outdated & they just can’t seem to find the $$$ to just replace the whole system. Go in one gate & you have to go out another.

We have been using Gateway Storage for many years now. It's so nice to have a convenient, safe place to store our extra toys and belongings. We have referred multiple friends & neighbors over the years. The staff has always been helpful and attentive. Thanks Gateway Storage!!

The service is always friendly. And I found it to be very reasonably priced compared to other nearby storage areas. I'm happy with everything here.
