I've had a unit at Gateway for over a year and I really would not want to be anywhere else. It is always very clean. Someone really takes pride in the appearance. The security and cameras are adequate but not intrusive. The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They live on site and keep a close eye on the place but never intrude. The only thing to remember is the gate locks at exactly 11:00 pm and you cannot get out if you are inside the gate. Well, the facilities are nice. But I’ve had some difficulties with this business. Toda, I called them to let them know I’ll be paying my bill in a couple days Because I was 21 days behind-( completely my fault I understand) . I asked them to unlock the unit for me as they change the code and put a lock on your storage unit when you’re more than 15 days late I had a medication inside that is very important to me and my health. I realize not the greatest place. Keep my medication but lesson learned. They said it was a hard no.... read more

Good luck determining which gate works. The keypad system is outdated & they just can’t seem to find the $$$ to just replace the whole system. Go in one gate & you have to go out another.
