If I could leave "0" stars I would. As a former medical provider at Gateway, I took for granted that the same attention that I provided patients when I worked there would be provided to my father. He has been there on the older adult unit two days and has yet to be seen by the necessary provider. I have been in contact with his nurses daily and was told that I can call to set up a time to go and see my father.
