The home was not ready when we moved in. AC broken(in July), animal droppings soaked into the carpet, cockroaches in the drapes, dishwasher broken and the house was in general disrepair. Jay was an hour late for our preinspection, and performed the whole thing in under 5 minutes while we were exhausted from the move(we were moving from north Arkansas). They don’t ever pick up the phone, everything is done through paper (application, payments, etc.) and while I was in the middle of getting my application submitted the house was taken out from under me. Every company i’ve dealt with has taken the house off the market when doing applications. BEWARE.
