They don’t ever pick up the phone, everything is done through paper (application, payments, etc.) and while I was in the middle of getting my application submitted the house was taken out from under me. Every company i’ve dealt with has taken the house off the market when doing applications. BEWARE.
Jay Smith talks a great game in the beginning... If your experience is anything like mine or the many other negative review, you may find that reaching him by phone or receiving timely responses via text message is rare. When asking for simple things expected from a property manager (and outlined in his contract i.e. preapproval on all expenses over $150) he conveniently forgets to do them and runs up excessive charges on your account.
