Slumlords! Property is falling apart and they expect the Tennant to fix issues that are clearly the responsibility of the property owner. Calls are unanswered, no one in the "office", and takes 3 days to respond to a text message with "I'll call the manager" who NEVER responds. You would almost be better off living in your car , unless you like your utilities to cost 5 times what they should because all they will do is give you the run around and not fix the issues!
