Probably the worst people I've ever rented from. A couple months before my lease ended I get a notice to vacate at the end of my lease. Then the month my lease was up I was diagnosed with breast cancer, so I asked for an extension so I could get my surgery and recover and then move and they refused. So here I am can't lift anything heavier than 5 lbs trying to move my entire house. They have no compassion and will not work with you at all.
I've been renting through Gateway for about 8 years and I've had nothing but good experience as a tenant. Issues get handled quickly. Staff is friendly.
The team at Gateway Property Management in Shelton is top notch. They've managed my property for about seven years and I believe I'm fortunate to have selected them. Don't waste your time and money. I called them a week after submitting my application, (I was told it would take 4 to 5 days). I was told that my application was complete and that they would call me. It's been 3 weeks, never heard back from them. I contacted the screening company, they did everything they were supposed to do, they sent me a copy of the report, and everything in it was positive.
