⭐️⭐️ This review is based on my experience with this apartment complex and, especially, the landlord, Ms. Fontaine. The way she speaks to residents is extremely disrespectful, passive-aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. I’m very disgusted with the property manager Olivia. I moved out of the apartment complex recently and asked for my deposit which was $350. When I emailed her regarding the deposits. She stated that I had an owed balance and that she sent it to trans financial and they will be reaching out. This lady needs to be fired!
