It’s ghetto Un fabulous. Renters are families of 2 to 5 people living inside of apartments with newborns, preschoolers, school age, pre teens, teenagers, young adults, middle aged and seniors. I’ve seen all these neighbors in passing almost everyday since I have rented here. It’s a nightmare with some girlfriends and grandkids running and being extremely loud inside and throughout the hallways and knocking and yelling obscenities in the hallways because they want into my neighbors apartment while being on the outs with them ... read more
This is not a Senior Citizen Community, they have falsely advertized it as being. There are people under 55y/o as well as children living here. I have seen roaches and mouse droppings. They make their own rules here, which for the most part are illegal. The maintenance guy is very nice and very good at what he does. He is an asset to this environment. I wouldn't advise anyone to move into this facility.
They don’t care about the people one Elevator been Out of Order for 2 Months Now the other one is out of order since Monday 11-10-2025 and it’s Monday 11-24-2025 and they have a Barricade in front of them There are People on the 2nd and 3rd floors who are on canes, Walkers and Wheels Chairs They want answer the Phone and avoids the People if they some how get down stairs they can’t get back up Stairs Some body need to help these People

As a home health aide this is one of the best facilities I have experienced. I'm not resident I'm reviewing this place as a caregiver, I'm someone who has visit Many seniors apartments since 2002.. my experience from visiting this place over a year was always pleasant management and their staff goes the extra mile to accommodate residents to the best of their abilities.. employees like Angelo who's a handyman, janitor and probably a visiting Angel add many extra points to this facility!
