I have been living here since the end of March, and unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. Norma, the office manager, has been unprofessional and has completely lost my trust. She frequently says one thing and then does the opposite. For instance, I was charged a late fee for a payment she specifically told me wouldn't be applied to my account. DO NOT COME HERE. They let me fill out my application knowing I’m a SINGLE COLLEGE student just to tell me I didn’t qualify for that reason being! What kind of INCOME BASED place is this?? Makes me wonder what kind of people they let in this complex.
