Office is never ever open don't see how they want people to lease from them and their always closed
Live this property the space locatedcin a great area of Midland. You have cinergy, sams, cosco, adult entertainment and more. The staff is ALWAYS AMAZING could not ask for a better place to be.
I want to give a big shout out to Norma villa. She worked hard for me to get in to these apartments. It took some time by corporate, But Norma kept me in the loop the whole time. I was ready to give up but Norma,just kept telling me just hang in there. And it came through just in time. Norma goes above and beyond to help. And it was worth the wait. I drove past seeing the now leasing sing, so I stop by. I was waiting for 30mn and the stuff was setting and talking on her phone. Not even given me a welcome or anything Terrible customer service.
The appointments are really nice inside and the office manager Norma is a really sweet lady and I would recommend this place. the only problem is that the corporate office take their sweet time to approve you for an apartment. I put my application in back in May and it is now June 16th 2025 and still not have heard anything back so if your wanting to wait this is a good place to live the residences are really nice people to and it’s a quiet place but like I said it’s just the corporate that needs to get on the ball and do th... read more
