The appointments are really nice inside and the office manager Norma is a really sweet lady and I would recommend this place. the only problem is that the corporate office take their sweet time to approve you for an apartment. I moved in, in November of 24’. Norma made the entire process so easy! She walked me through everything, answers all my calls or gets back to me in a timely manner! 10/10!
The property manager Norma has been so helpful getting us moved in. She is always so friendly and ready to help. I really appreciate her and everything she has done for us. The maintenance man Brian is also super helpful and very quick to get things fixed. Thank you gateway!
Norma is absolutely amazing! She’s made the complex truly feel like home!
Norma is a really nice lady and she will help you in anyway she can to get you in to an apartment and she gets things fixed as fast as she can I highly recommend you to come in and see her
