RecommendedThey are Amazing & Honest!! I took my cat there for a second opinion and after the first vet said that he needed a $900 surgery. Well, he didnt need surgery at all! What he needed was under $100 worth of care, which of course, I chose to have Gateway do it & now my little Macaroni gets to keep all 4 of his legs! Im super grateful for honest people. Theyre hard to come by these days!! Sadly, You canT just assume everyone is being truthful anymore
I found this wonderful group when I moved to San Ramon. I’m moving back east and am going to miss this kind, caring, compassionate fur baby loving practice. So blessed to have found them to take care of my dogs and cat while I was here

I own a very active Jack Russell rescue that can require patience. Everyone, from the doctors, to the techs, seem to genuinely care about Ronin and my anxiety around trying to keep him as calm and quiet as possible. He's overcoming a skin infection that has taken a couple rounds of meds and visits, but I feel confident in the doctors' suggestions and I like their willingness to explain as in detail as I request the pros and cons of every decision. The Dr gets right on the floor with your pet, and gently touches them to calm them down. The Dr is so gentle and caring and so informative. The Hospital is so clean you feel real comfortable there, and they even have coffee. I am so glad I found a wonderful place for my Pets.
