We were referred to Gateway when my father was hospitalized and my mother was on hospice. They provided care for my mother 12 hours overnight. And while any company might be able to do that, working with Jennifer,bwho arranged everything, was what made the experience so much easier. She was in constant contact with us for the 4 days, and easily added an extra night of Care at the last minute. Highly recommend.
I am a health care provider and I know when services are great and genuine. Character of the staff and caregivers speaks volume. This agency strive not only to hire compassionate and caring staff but staff that put 100% on their time and effort doing their very best to take care of the individuals needing assistance. I would recommend this service to Individuals needing help with non-medical or medical services : Respite companion services meal preparation bathing errands skilled nursing services. Palliative care as well!
My only regret was not finding Jennifer and her staff sooner for my mom..The staff are friendly..young...and committed to delivering excellent customer service to the most vulnerable citizens..they were excellent..thank you..thank you..thank you...
