The place is a joke! When you need to speak with doctors they refuse to let you, the lady who answers the phone is rude, and does NOT listen to what you have to say, and then they apparently don’t book next day appointments when they say there’s available slots. Never in my life seen a business run the way this runs.
Laura has been amazing! She listens to all your concerns. She is patient, caring and you never feel rushed during the appointment. We love Gateway Pediatrics!
Everyone is great, we especially love Dr. Caddel.
