Dr Brian is wonderful guy. We have had him for over 4yrs but on October 12th 2024, I was 10mins late for my sons appointment and Sue at front desk send us away rudely. I booked another appointment but after the bad experience I decided not to go… she went ahead and left a voicemail and she forgot to hung up so I heard all she was talking about my family about the first appointment. I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Brian J. Saville! He is so good doctor! My son was so scared of doctors before, but he loves him! Whenever we had a concern about anything he was there to support us and double check everything so we are sure that everything is okay! We feel so safe with him and we truly, deeply trust him! I know people usually don’t have time to write good reviews but this man deserves much more! So happy we found him!

Update: my children seen their new pediatrician today for checkups. I can’t believe how far behind the times gateway pediatrics is, all around. Even made our next appointment in the room with the very nice assistant instead of having to wait forever at the front desk. Gateway refused to send my son’s prescription to express scripts because “it could get lost in the mail”. The new pediatrician had no issues doing that and that alone will save me over $200 in prescription costs! Also, I guess gateway got mad at me posting this... read more
