I am disappointed to share poor experience. As my family member attends this provider I have had occasion to witness the need to lean their processes. For my family member to have an appointment and have to wait for 57minutes to be called to go into the facility is uncalled for. This provider I presume primarily serves the older population and to have folks waiting almost an hour after their scheduled appointment is unacceptable. RecommendedDr. Timothy O’Brien was Awesome! A true professional and very knowledgeable! The staff in Jamestown and Warren were Awesome as well! We highly recommend them!! We not not recommend the Optical arena!!! Highly overrated: They are expensive, Dave is arrogant and rude and it takes weeks to get the glasses. As much as I am not a fan of Walmart, we will return to Walmart Optical to purchase from there. Never again here!!!
