Cute apartments but be warned they add on about $150 in fees after the base rent. So the prices seem cheaper than other places in the area but this is why. It will end up being a similar cost to everything else in the area. Amenity fee (amenities aren't even that nice to be charging a fee for it) Billing fee Risk management fee Trash fee Valet trash fee Plus the normal pest control and water or whatever. Because of the nice people that work at the leasing office for letting us know what to do and how easy it was to move in, we got in the apartment right before the storm hit!
