Lived here for about 2 years and so far it’s been good but ever since shoreline has taken over it’s been even better! A big thank you for that is Mr. Hargrove who has met every problem with a better solution! Great company to of taken over!
I've lived here for almost 6 years and it has been a mess up until the new ownership took over a couple months ago. They've made a real effort to fix/change things and make a connection with the residents. Since the new staff (Josh, Ashley, Gigi) took over they have been quick and responsive with any problems I've had. Josh in particular has gone above and beyond with helping, he's always polite, courteous, and professional.
I absolutely love the professionalism that Joshua provided during my move in. He explained everything in great details and if there was anything I needed to know he left no grey areas! Thank you so much Josh!!!!!!
Joshua was great helping my girlfriend and I get into our apartment being very friendly and informative. Definitely ask for him if you stop by.
