I've been here for 6 years. How time flys! it hasn't always been perfect. But we get a good apartment and a good price in an amazing area. And even though the crew has changed, it a tough job, I've always been treated with respect. Id like to personally thank Keryn and James. It's very appreciated. And the Boyz! Mr. Julio. Mr Carlos. And Mr. Coco. I couldn't have made the move with out you. Thanks you.
Lived here for 5 years with minimal complaints. Not the fanciest, but the apartments are kept clean and fairly updated. Neighbors were quiet, and amenities were fair. Loved living here, great location to Tampa and downtown Saint Pete. Recommend them if you need a good local place to stay.
Maintenance was quick to get things done. Management was great after we got rid of the dead weight. If you keep the current team you'll be great.
