I have lived here 4 years and have had a ton of problems with my A/C. The new management came in and immediately replaced the entire unit inside and out..I was shocked to say the least. Shout out to Maint supervisor, Pedro and his team. They came out even during the weekend to make sure I had a portable unit while waiting for the new A/C. Thanks Katlyn and staff for the support. In the year I've lived here the place has undergone 3 management changes. This has led to leasing portal changes and billing confusion. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the property team about billing issues from the change in management, but have been hung up on each time. I messaged the resident portal, no answer. I emailed the front desk employees directly and my email was undeliverable because their email addresses no longer exist. For the price it's decent. I will say some of the best features of this apartment are the lovely pot smell around 5 pm to about 10 pm. Be extremely careful because i left my motorcycle outside one night and the lovely Neighbor stole my battery cover. That was a lovely $600 dollar fix. I've had to deal with 2 extra pets in my kitchen (aka Rats). I ended up putting traps out and taking care of the pet issues because the staff was extremely helpful. The Convenient location is great.
