I recently moved in and love it here. Very nice staff to work with, area is kept clean, apartments are clean, great location. 1 year. Overall it's a decent place to live. Very quiet. The front office is very nice and helpful. The maintenance is nice, however they could give two craps about your privacy. They park their golf cart right on the grass in front of your windows leaving you no privacy. I work nights and have asked nicely for them to stop, but it seemed to happen more frequently. I have lived in Gateway of Grand Blanc since July of 2019. A quiet place to live. The manager Merena is always helpful. The property has a beautiful community center as well as a workout equipment for residents. The apartments have washer and dryers in the units which is a plus. A great place to live.

I have been living here for a year and I like it here. The apartment complex is always clean. My unit is one of the updated ones and it is beautiful. The maintenance people do task as soon as they can get to it which is typically within 24hrs. My only issues I have is I live on the first floor and it gets colder in the winter which made it challenging for me but its no ones fault. Just winter. overall, I like it here.
