I have lived in Gateway of Grand Blanc since July of 2019. A quiet place to live. The manager Merena is always helpful. The property has a beautiful community center as well as a workout equipment for residents. The apartments have washer and dryers in the units which is a plus. A great place to live.
I have been living here for a year and I like it here. The apartment complex is always clean. My unit is one of the updated ones and it is beautiful. The maintenance people do task as soon as they can get to it which is typically within 24hrs. My only issues I have is I live on the first floor and it gets colder in the winter which made it challenging for me but its no ones fault. Just winter. overall, I like it here.
Cleaning for Gateway has been an amazing opportunity for us. The staff is amazing and tenants alike
I have lived here for a couple of years now and have been extremely impressed with the management and the maintenance staff. Both have been very supportive and have responded immediately to resolve any issues brought up. Additionally, the community has been safe and friendly.
Living here for the past three years has been an amazing experience! I moved in with my boyfriend, we became fiance's, and in a few months will be moving out as a married couple into our new home. I cannot think of a better place to have experienced these milestones. The apartments and surrounding area are beautiful! Especially the pond that sits in the middle of the property.
