I moved into Gateway GB in August 2025 and have had nothing but a great experience since day one. After dealing with a horrible situation at an Edward Rose & Sons property, I was so relieved to be met with professionalism and genuine care from Mareana and her team. I told Mareana exactly what I wanted, and she made it happen. The community is super quiet, the fitness center is a huge bonus, and the entire process was transparent and accommodating from start to finish. I recently moved in and love it here. Very nice staff to work with, area is kept clean, apartments are clean, great location. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live! Tina Update: I have now been living here for 4 months and I just love it here! This is a really nice community of people. 1 year. Overall it's a decent place to live. Very quiet. The front office is very nice and helpful. The maintenance is nice, however they could give two craps about your privacy. They park their golf cart right on the grass in front of your windows leaving you no privacy. I work nights and have asked nicely for them to stop, but it seemed to happen more frequently. I have lived in Gateway of Grand Blanc since July of 2019. A quiet place to live. The manager Merena is always helpful. The property has a beautiful community center as well as a workout equipment for residents. The apartments have washer and dryers in the units which is a plus. A great place to live.
