Just bought a new Pathfinder. Alan Drewes was awesome to work with, very personable and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles he sells. We've been using the service department for years for our Murano and service has always been excellent. I definitely recommend both if looking to purchase or service a Nissan.
Horrible service department. After a week to fix a transmission seal it went out less than a year later in the middle of no where. Despite being under warranty they would only fix it if we got it to another dealership. The local mechanic was willing to fix at 1/2 the price Nissan charged us less than a year earlier. Headache headache headache.
This isn't about service but about a letter I received on their "special buyback event" where they offered UP TO $1,000 more than their BLACK BOOK value...whatever that is. Their value including the generous bonus is about 1/2 of the KELLY BLUEBOOK value....
Good luck getting any service done after work since the techs here only work till 4pm. Thanks Ivan for trying to be accomodating. Nancy needs to figure out the chip in her shoulder. What's with the fake reviews for Martez?
