Went here for a chin wax and got BURNS all over my face. I told Taylor the wax was too hot. She did it anyway and after a couple days when the irritation went down it was little burns all over my chin and sideburns plus hair still 4 days later, it has never grown that fast. . I tried to call just to let them know (i didn’t even ask for a refund or anything) and the manager yelled at me over the phone and was very rude & disrespectful.

My nails were nice but he cut down my cuticles till they bleed. I even experienced more bleeding on a different finger after I left. Also afterwards I could barely finish paying before he went on to the next costumer as if I wasn't there. I was pissed I wrote him a $10 tip out of habit when I visit nail salons. I think the young ladies who checked me in was amazing n that maybe why I still left a tip.

Nice place! but I Made an appt@ 5:30, 4different ppl asked if I had an appt! My response, “yes” Still sat for over 30 mins no service, I jst left

The women work harder than the men here. Don’t think yourself lucky if you get a man, the ones here have not shown good work ethic or true respect unless you’re a frequent customer.
