I went and got my nails done for graduation and three days in they’re all chipped and I have to go get them redone. I told them about it and they basically didn’t believe me and when they went to fix it, it was a half job and my nails are still chipping and it’s been four days.

I would leave 0 STARS if I could , came in for pedicure… insisted I get the most expensive pedicure , got it but thennnnn he forgot the services included last minute the stones and massage Hi… also asked for tip on my big toes all they did was put acrylic on them told me they are already long … and charged me for tip & fill , my friend came with me we got here at 930 am it’s 1130 my friend has been soaking her nails off for two hours not to mention we were the first ones in establishment… he put someone else in front of her ... read more

Less than 6 hours after my appointment several nails had already started chipping. That’s not normal and it reflects an issue with the original service. I called them the same day to let them know and they said they’d fix it. Instead of standing behind the quality of the service I was told I would need to pay unless I only fixed those specific nails. I went today and asked for an overlay on my real nails and pedicure. The guy began cutting off all my natural nails. I stopped him and asked him why was he cutting off my nails when I was getting an overlay on top . He said he was adding a tip . I said I don’t need a tip my nails already have length to them. I was so upset I ended up leaving and didn’t want further service from people who can’t follow simple instructions. Who are you to cut all my nails off? I didn’t ask you to do that . Won’t be back.
