Where's Nate...?
The sales man Nathan was super unprofessional lazy and sloppy on everything he did for me. Was looking at a 2022 SUV we ran a credit check he told me I could get the vehicle. Calls me back a hour later telling me I needed a co-signer, so I got one, when I was going to pick up the Vehicle He calls me again when I’m like half a mile from the lot telling me I can’t purchase the vehicle. Waste of time with this place. Taking my money up town to springs or Denver where they definitely have their business together.
Nathan Montoya knows how to do businesss. He provides great service and is up front about everything. I recommend buying a vehicle from him and Gateway Motors.
Nathan Montoya wasn't very helpful with my problems after sale..he put wrong address on paperwork and it caused multiple problems..late fees..very frustratig..will not deal with this dealership again
Took almost an hour for an oil change but the employees make the wait worth it.
