I just recently closed a loan with this company and it was the worse experience ever….no one reviewed the closing disclosure with us, there was a lack of communication, and we were told things that were not true…we are sitting at the title company still having questions and concerns about the numbers….If you want a smooth loan process ..DO NOT USE this company.

It was the old bait and switch. Very dishonest and I'm disappointed. I wasted 6 weeks of my life. I told the very first contact my needs, 15yr 20% down for investment property. I was told no problem until I actually signed an offer sheet which was accepted. Only then did they tell me that they wanted 25% down. Run fast from these folks.

Worst customer service ever! I lost my husband 2 months ago and they are now saying that my bank pulled back the funds – which is untrue. Now they are applying late fees – probably to improve their bottom line. When I checked my bank statement it's clear that the funds were allocated and pulled from my account. I truly think they are taking advantage of the situation and my grief. I warn others to reconsider doing business with a company that treat widows poorly..

Thank God I didn't go through with this company. Epple lied about the rate and tried to pressure me into signing documents to lock in a high rate. When I didn't sign the paperwork, he claimed that the rates dropped unexpectedly and I had to hurry and sign the paperwork. Again another lie.
