trash management office is only part-time, barely been with the park for a month water has been shutoff twice
Absolutely the WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, The roads are broken, giant holes that could remove a tire, bend a rim, and management REFUSES to address the situation despite being confronted. When asked when the roads would be fixed, there was no definitive answer given and the man behind the desk got visibly upset when further questions were asked. We will NOT be paying rent, and will gladly and publicly deal with the management in court when the time comes.
Very unprofessional management. They took $30 application fee, application was approved, and then were completely unresponsive after multiple attempts to speak to them. They do not answer phone during their listed business hours or respond to any messages left.
