This clinic is terrible. They have no consideration for their patients. No one answers the phone at any time (during the clinic's business hours), and the online booking process keeps changing and becoming increasingly difficult. They are so self-righteous.

My mother has been seeing Dr. Justin Li. He is very accommodating, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable on new and emerging treatment options. He takes the time to explain things and is thorough in his assessment. We appreciate his compassionate approach to providing excellent and personalized care for his patients. My family and I have been patients at this clinic for about two years, and our experience is consistently excellent. It's incredibly convenient to book appointments via WhatsApp, and the reception staff are very efficient and kind. Our family doctor Dr. Chen is also exceptionally attentive and nice. Highly recommend!
