Its always full. I tried to book an appointment for an ear infection. The wait time was more than a week to see a doctor regarding something as urgent as an ear infection. I ended up going to Urgent Care to get seen and prescribed antibiotics. Also, some good doctors like Dr Felix Yang and Dr George. Knowledgeable and caring. But others seem questionable. Joke of a place. Doctors are never available and if they are you have wait 3weeks or longer for a phone appointment. How are you going to diagnose someone or offer treatment without checking the patient. The person handling inquiries is dumb too. How about telling the patient other available appointments instead of just “No”. No wonder the hospitals have crazy wait times and overworked. Complete incompetence by this clinic.
My original Dr was Dr Yang and now is Dr Felix. My whole family come here, Dr Chen is my parents family Dr also and we always feel lucky to have family Dr so knowledgeable truly care and listen to patients.
