This is an appointment only clinic. My mom booked a phone appointment on July 18th for a scheduled call with her family doctor today at 10:20 a.m. She was originally advised to expect the call within a one-hour window. When that window passed without a call, she contacted the clinic to follow up and was then advised to wait an additional two hours.
