Dr Lawrence Yang has been my gp for the last 14 years, he is the type of dr that takes the time to listen to your concerns and find you the correct diagnosis and treatment. I've had the opportunity to see other Dr's in this clinic as well. I find the Dr's here to be compassionate and understanding. They don't try to push meds and will discuss all and any options with you.
I’ve had numerous bad experiences with this clinic and would highly not recommend. Every concern I have had was not properly foreseen. I had an appointment for cold like symptoms and was told to take allergy medication after a few weeks with no progress I tried to book 2 appointments with no responses and went to a different doctor and they had told me I had mild pneumonia. You are better off with a different clinic.
If I can leave a negative start I will. The doctors are professional and knowledgeable. The younger female receptionist was very rude and inpatient. She doesn’t want to do what the doctor wants her to do and she just interpreted us abruptly and told us you r good to go. Very unprofessionally and not helping at all. She shouldn’t work in a healthcare setting because she is not caring at all.
No one ever answers the phone. WhatsApp only takes bookings, nothing else. WhatsApp won't take questions! Been trying to call the office for days! There's at least 2-3 receptionist! You tell me they're that busy the entire time during office hours?
