Very long wait times! The reception staff are not exactly helpful. Today during my 2+ hour wait, an old disabled lady with a walking stick came in looking for assistance with a pathology enquiry, the receptionist basically brushed her off and she became quite distressed. It was left for another customer to calm the woman down and help with her enquiry. Surely a bit more human needs is required working in a role like this
So great to have a skin check with Dr C and get the all clear. Professional, on time, and efficient.
Why is the doctor so rude and abrasive? There’s no need for it, especially after waiting 2 hours for his indifferent service. Suggest he consider a change in career, he is not very good at this.
