Don’t bother booking an appointment and paying for it as you end up waiting long than the wait time as a walk in
Great doctors but never trust the waiting time indicator on arrival as it’s always double what is stated, so 30mins=1hour 90mins=3 hours waiting time. So frustrating
I should give this practice no stars. It is five to two and been waiting and still waiting since 8.15 am as a bulk billed patient. They say you have one in front then patient after patient come in with their appointments and go to the top of the queue and go in after waiting a very short time. Meanwhile I am still waiting. Talk about putting profit above your patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning
If you are looking for a bulk bill practice, this place should be avoided. All bulk bills are treated as “walk ins “ and any appointments made are then seen before you. They tell you when you can expect to be seen, but keep taking appointments which are then seen before you. We arrived at 8.15am , put our name down , told to come back in 3 hours, did so , then waited another 3 hours as other paid appointments came in. We kept on being told there was only one appointment and one walk in before us , as new appointments arrived... read more
Go to any other practice. The 3 hour wait time and the decline in professionalism since 2020 is horrible. To charge an $80 fee for just booking an appointment is surely illegal and needs to be reported to the healthcare complaints commission. The doctors have no clue, can’t even give you an answer, rude and need their licences revoked. I’m sure APHRA would love to hear about their incompetence to actually help their patience and give out the wrong medication scripts as well as charging more fees to even get the results for s... read more
