The office manager Betsy at the Coatesville location is possibly the rudest human being I have ever met. I have had absolutely nothing but issues with this office. Honestly if I listed every issue I had with the office it would be pages long, but they need a new office manager before she puts them out of business. Hands down worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
