Terrible management company we still don't have our roofs fixed it is 1 month short f 2 years the head of the management co signed a contract for over 7 million dollars without taking bids before our insurance co came to estimate the damage over 15 people sold since last year and they are putting our finances at risk
Terrible co they completely ignore complaints we still haven't gotten our roofs because Gateway signed a contract for new roofs for over 7 million dollars our insurance offered 1.3 million and never took a vote on it we have lost over 100 thousand dollars because of this
