I would definitely recommend Senanie and the team for any sort of legal advice. They handled my land purchase while providing important advice from the beginning to end. Though I had signed the contract of sale without any conditions with the vendor, Senanie managed to get the vendor clear debris off the land before the settlement which was a great relief for me.
