Gateway Real Estate, Suzi Apple with the help of Gabby, were superbly responsive and helpful in preparing me and the house for listing and showing. Things fortunately happened rapidly and their help with preparing for closing and communicating with the new to be owner’s real estate agent was essential! Very friendly and effective. Suzi and the team “know the area” extremely well and were extremely helpful in getting the home sold promptly.
Suzi is absolutely the best in the business when it comes to local knowledge of the Vail Valley. She was able to first help our family buy in Arrowhead. After we had outgrown the home, and made a nice profit, thanks to Suzi, we needed something slightly bigger. Thereafter, she directed us Cordillera Valley Club, where we bought a home for our trust and have lived there ever since.
