I have been going to Gateway Kia since 2020 when I purchased my first Telluride. I went back in 2023 and bought my second Telluride. Gateway service is incredible they are super nice and actually helped me with an issue I was having on my 2023 Telluride trim they were actually able to get a replacement on all the trim on my driver side which oxidized. They went above and beyond to help me with this issue highly recommend them excellence service.
