Absolutely terrible service. It took them around 3 hours just to do a simple oil change. That is completely ridiculous and unacceptable for a dealership service center. This place has no respect for customers’ time, and the whole experience was extremely frustrating. I will never return here again. If you’re planning to come here for an oil change, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This service department is a complete disaster
I was attended professionally by both DJ & Spencer. They both have great personalities and are definitely people person. I encourage a raise in their salary is recommended.
