The service team here help me get a new engine under the extended warranty for my car but in the process of replacing it they have broken the exhaust and gave an excuse that the car is rusted. Along with puncturing one of the ac lines and not taking any accountability. If you do come here just be aware that the repair you request will get done but you may have other repairs once you leave.
A standard 50,000 m maintenance, plus transmission and differentials' fluids change, plus oil change. Additional ask: check the cabin fan(100 % broken cabin blower). Took 3.5 hours, and I had to pay $1000 just for labor!!
Absolutely terrible service. It took them around 3 hours just to do a simple oil change. That is completely ridiculous and unacceptable for a dealership service center. This place has no respect for customers’ time, and the whole experience was extremely frustrating. I will never return here again. If you’re planning to come here for an oil change, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This service department is a complete disaster
