This office deal with Gateway Insurance and does not send bills as they should. From someone who ALWAYS pays bills on time causes extra money. They also charge extra fees for switching tags that is not disclosed when taking out insurance.
Absolutely terrible since the new owners have taken over. Switched insurance co.panys after 7 years of being a customer.
These people cannot be real. Someone they insured(under age) t boned my husband over a year ago. No body shop would work with gateway, finally found one, they have had truck for 6 weeks now. Not given a rental, going broke using uber and he's about to be fired. At 65 years old. Just for trying to get to work. Now he just wants to die. Not fair. I have read the other real reviews.. I see the makings of a CLASS ACTION LAWSUUT against gateway insurance.
