Since I was awaiting the construction on my new home to be completed, and lived out of the State of Texas, it was assuring to know I had someone inspecting my home and providing important information in order to remedy items needing attention. Mr. Charles Schiller and his wife Mrs. Sandy Schiller have been terrific to work with and I feel a sense of relief knowing my new home will be in tip top condition!

I could not recommend Gateway Inspections highly enough. This was our first home to purchase, and the peace of mind that they brought to the process is priceless. Although the home we purchased was brand new, there were several items that needed to be improved. Charles got several things changed and updated that the builder who did our walkthrough said he had never seen added before. Very grateful for their attention to detail and knowledge.
Gateway did a Superb Job in inspecting a property for us. Much detail and associated pictures Plus a summary at the back of the report that was succinct and tied by item number to the details and pictures. They also were very responsive and helpful after the inspection by talking to us multiple times to give additional information about the inspection and its findings. HIRE THEM to do your inspection!
