I love this hotel. Stay there quite frequently when we come in to town to be with family. The front desk staff are always gracious and pay attention to our every need. The restaurant is sooooo wonderful. The chef and bar staff can't not do enough for you. The food is excellent. The room are so comfortable and quiet. We want to give a special thank you to Lira and Eugene, they are superb employees, caring and heartfelt genuine. We look forward to our next stay.
My daughter and I have stayed here for 9 days and every single person that works here made us feel like family. We had a terrible experience at the lodging facility at Travis AFB and the Hilton worked with us on a military rate. The rooms are very nice, the pool and hot tub is amazing to have with kids and did I mention the amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner available!!! I'm honestly going to send everyone visitor we get there way. They are true professionals and provide the best customer service I've ever received.
It was great with the exception the elevators smelled like garlic. Maybe made fresh bread but was annoying.
My favorite place to stay when visiting the area. Rooms are so clean. Have had excellent services throughout the many years that we have visited. So very convenient and within walking distance from the mall and numerous restaurants. The staff are so friendly and demonstrate that they are indeed a caring family. Thank you all.
