Joe is very thorough with his inspection. He takes the time to explain the situation and includes various solutions to a potential home issue.
Very knowledgeable and thorough home inspection. Joe took the time to explain everything and even took a phone call to answer questions after his work was done.
Joe has always done a thorough job when inspecting my clients' homes; going over everything with the new prospective homeowner; explaining how things work, what needs attention, and guides on preventative maintenance to prevent future problems. And he has great stories too!
Joe is the type of employee I would want working for any company I owned. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Joe spent considerable time with us telling us what he needed to tell us then been considerable more time answering questions we have and probing for more. We learned a great deal. My only regret is that I did not hire Joe for even more as I believe it would have been money well spent.
