Three weeks ago went into this location with an order for a walker. Completed the paperwork and a woman called me to confirm they had everything they needed. But I am still waiting. Getting around my house holding onto walls and furniture.

The lady up front was rather rude. No good morning, or hello. Instead she looked at me and pointed at her mask, with hers hanging off her chin ( not even covering her own mouth). Sad cause it’s the only medical supply store in the area. Amazon it is.

Husband went to rent a wheelchair, they were very rude and acted as if he was a bother.

I entered the CharlesTown store on crutches with a painful injury and had to get a much needed knee brace. I patiently waited my turn for service which took approximately ten minutes. I was greeted and invited into the store past the quarantine station at the front door only after providing my prescription for a brace. Before I could travel the 20 feet to the area where the knee braces were a customer (white male) came in after me and wanted to purchase a walker.
