The apartment manager told me if I wasn't renewing my lease I had until the 7th to get out or they were evicting me. That wouldnt make sense for me to pay aprils rent if shes evicting us anyway. We were served papers yesterday, our hot water was turned off yesterday, she is going out of her way to make sure other complexes will not lease to me, and she deleted my parking permit and had my car towed.
